Barrel Hinge. In this short video you will see a simple barrel hinge welded together. This is a super cheap diy welding project that anyone can make. The hinge body is constructed from 1 1/4” ID DOM Tubing and the pin is 1 3/16” cold rolled round bar. The hinge was built and installed on a bale unroller we built for our ranch.
