FLYING IN FOOTSTRAPS! The last episode of this series of Duotone Windsurf School is all about the footstraps! Once you’re blasting around in the footstraps, a whole new world of windsurfing fun is ahead of you. From sizing down board sizes and going out in higher winds to learning more advanced turns and jumping, but mastering the footstraps isn’t always plain sailing… Our biggest piece of advice - do the SHUFFLE 🔀🕺🏻 Slowly move your feet back towards the straps instead of making big steps! F

Fin-first waterstart! 🙌 Another skill to add to your repertoire this summer. Simon Cook @cookiesport one of our most experienced coaches on Starboard: „The sail does its usual thing to power up, wide hands help for control. Only big difference is the board is backwards, which require a lot of play with foot pressure to control the board as you rise up and spin the board back around!“ Give it a try and let us know how it goes! 🤩 #starboard #starboardwindsurfing #windsurfer #waterstart #windsurf
