I like to make fig jam with my home grown figs! There are a ton of recipes online. Just find one that best suits your taste. I thawed and sliced my homegrown figs. Blended them then simmered them in a pot with sugar, honey, juice from 2 lemons, a pinch of salt and vanilla extract. I’m really looking forward to growing more figs this year!
