2008年7月26日 · I love the way shampoo bars make my hair feel and look so I am not willing to switch back to conventional products. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you deal with it? My method is to soap up once and rinse. Then use a vinegar rinse followed by a cold water rinse. I am hoping there is something I can do to combat the build up.

2009年2月18日 · It's sebum and scalp skin Dandruff is fungal, and believe me, you'd know if you had it. I doubt it's buildup, although it can and does build up on your scalp if it doesn't get truly clean once in a while. For me, a good CO with a scalp massage does clean it properly. I wouldn't go on any new routine to try to "get rid of it", were I you.
