I have a playstation 4 and an associated Playstation Account. Upon buying the PS4 around 9 years ago, I created an EA account in order to play FIFA online at that time. I have since bought and played FIFA 23 and 24 without issue. Upon buying FIFA 25 it asks me to verify my identity in regard to my EA account.

An EA account can only ever have one PlayStation account linked to it in its lifetime. Not only is it not possible to link multiple PlayStation accounts at the same time, once a PlayStation is linked it'll be impossible to link a new one after. I don't see how this is possible since I've only ever had one PlayStation account, and I haven't linked my Microsoft account to somebody else's PlayStation.

The issue i'm having is I can't link my Microsoft account in the first place to PS4 as it says my Microsoft account is already linked to a different PS4, however I can't seem to find anyway to find out which PS4 account it is linked to, so I can delete that link.
