2020年12月19日 · yeahm or just FUCKING BUY THAT GORILLA HANDS, BECAUSE IN THE DESCRIPTION IT SAYS THAT "ALSO THEY CAN OPEN LOCKED DOORS". So, i dont think that big, fucking GORILLA HANDS cannot open doors with no matter how much strenght you got, BECAUSE OF FUCKING DESCRIPTION!

2023年11月15日 · Before 2.0 the Gorilla Arms would change appearance based on the elemental damage mod the player installed as a damage type mod, but would revert to their default white appearance when they're not actively wielded. Since 2.0 CDPR removed elemental damage mods and made all 4 elemental variants their own unique entity.

2020年12月19日 · specifically i only melee in the Beat the Brat fights. I was taking 100% damage even if blocking or countering. My gorilla arms were not activating for some reason. I then noticed that the graphic for my hands/arms was the default arm/hand appearance without gorilla arms. I went to riperdoc and removed gorilla arms and put in mantis blades.

2022年9月16日 · Ran a new save after the clean install. Since I can't get my gorilla hands that early on to test the popping heads, I was able to get kills instead of knockouts in the first mission and after finding some enemies nearby. Not too sure about dismemberment yet, though.

2021年1月10日 · I found Gorilla arms powerful and extremely useful throughout, particul;arly durign street fight quests. Monowire can feel powerful, but the monowire doesnt really fill a role that gorilla arms, or Mantis blades dont already fill. Making them quite redundant. They seem to have slightly longer reach, but thats about it.

2020年12月30日 · Maybe the stripped down mechanics were decided on before skill checks were finalized? Kinda funny though, considering gorilla arms as shown in the game would easily rip open most doors.
