EPCOT was an acronym created by Walt Disney himself in 1966.

Before the CM started up the show, he was entertaining the (sparse) audience by throwing out some Disney Trivia questions. I quite proudly answered the question "does anyone know what EPCOT stands for", only to be told that it really means "Every Person Comes Out Tired". :lol:

2007年8月1日 · If you're interested in the geeky half of EPCOT, might I suggest "Building a Better Mouse" by Steve Alcorn. It's available on amazon and lulu. Steve was an electrical engineering guy at EPCOT, meaning they built a ton of the computer stuff that runs the park (or at least did run it, before the decentralizing that Martin mentioned).
