2010年9月30日 · I also like Maker's Mark, Woodford Reserve, Knob Creek, Jim Beam Black, Jim Beam Distiller's Series (another best buy), and George Dickel (whiskey). For mixing, Ten High, Evan Williams 1783, and Wild Turkey 101 are good choices. I have also taken a liking to Forty Creek Canadian Whiskey. Very nice on the rocks. Clay

If you are looking for a good step up from Jack and Jim, without spending crazy money, I'd look at Eagle, Maker's Mark, Knob Creek, and my favorite mid-range and house "well" bourbon Wild Turkey (101 of course). For my money Wild Turkey is a great sipping whiskey for $17 at Trader Joe's.

2015年11月5日 · Bulleitt is a good sipping whiskey! I like Sam Houston because it has a lot of caramel or malt and it's not heavy handed with the rye or grain alcohol. Brooks, Bakers, knob creek, Rebecca Creek are also good choices. Sometimes the best way is to find a good pub and order several shots straight up and compare them side by side.
