Elusive Co2O3: A Combined Experimental and Theoretical Study
Our XPS study reveals the oxidation state of cobalt in perovskite YCoO 3 as well as (Ln 0.5 Co 0.5) 2 O 3 (Ln = Y and Lu) solid solutions. The core level spectra of cobalt for YCoO 3 and (Ln 0.5 Co 0.5) 2 O 3 (Ln = Y and Lu) are shown in Figure 4.
